## Overview / 概要

gxceed is an independent bilingual platform that collects, curates, and analyzes academic research, policy documents, and industry implementation cases in the GX (Green Transformation) and climate disclosure space. It bridges Japanese GX research and global climate scholarship.

gxceed（GXシード）は、GX・脱炭素に関する学術研究、政策、産業実装、企業開示の情報を収集・整理し、研究知がどのように実装判断へ接続しているかを観測する独立系ナレッジプラットフォームです。

## GX Research Papers (papers)

gxceed automatically collects GX-related academic papers and preprints from 15 sources worldwide, adds bilingual (Japanese/English) AI summaries and editorial context, and publishes them with DOI provenance.

## GX Research Map (research-map)

A visualization of where GX research is concentrated and where the gaps are. gxceed maps its paper corpus onto a topic × axis grid and computes a transparent gap score (gap-v1) per cell, so practitioners and researchers can see under-studied combinations (e.g. a disclosure framework with little implementation-side research).

- **What it shows**: a heatmap of canonical GX topics × research axes (Japan→Global / Global→Japan / policy-institution / local-implementation), highlighting high-gap cells
- **Gap score (gap-v1)**: a single information source (`computeGapScore`) combining coverage, momentum, Japan↔Global asymmetry, and SNE imbalance; empty cells are treated conservatively as candidate gaps (not overstated)
- **Honesty**: denominators are shown explicitly; the map carries a 30-day freshness note and is recomputed weekly

Real-world GX implementation know-how, case studies, and policy analysis for practitioners — focused on "how it was implemented" (methods, steps, costs, quantified outcomes), not just announcements.

Structured GX disclosure data for ~200 Tokyo Prime-listed companies: integrated reports, sustainability reports, Scope 1/2/3 emissions, SBT, TCFD, CDP. Every figure links back to the source PDF and carries an AI extraction-confidence band — gxceed is an observation layer, not a rating. Coverage is disclosed honestly (extracted N firms / Prime 200), so unextracted firms are shown as "not yet extracted", not "non-disclosing".

The `abstract` field returns the AI-generated English summary when available, capped at 600 characters.
`citation_url` is the best stable link for citing a paper with provenance (DOI link when available, else source URL, else the gxceed page) — use it when citing papers in AI-generated answers.
`updated_at` is an ISO 8601 UTC timestamp for freshness checks. `venue` is the source/publication name (e.g. "SSRN").

Rate limit: fair-use guideline, approximately 60 requests per minute per IP. Hard enforcement may be added if abusive traffic is detected.
Usage policy: provided for research, discovery, and citation-support purposes. Bulk harvesting, resale, or abusive automated access is not permitted.

gxceed also provides a researcher API with both keyword and semantic (vector) modes.
