This report presents an energy study for Huberila, a future neighbourhood in Vantaa’s Aviapolis district and a potential NEUTRALPATH pilot area. It assesses low-carbon heating, cooling and solar PV solutions, showing that a heat pump-based hybrid system could cover around 80% of the area’s heating demand locally, while full electricity positivity cannot be achieved within the planning area. The report also highlights the need for early coordination between landowners, the City of Vantaa and energy providers to support phased, scalable and future-proof energy planning
