📄 Abstract(原文)

This study examines ecological landscape planning approaches that aim to enhance the resilience of cities located within active earthquake zones. The research focuses on how agricultural areas, water systems and green infrastructure can be integrated as complementary ecological components within a holistic planning model. Contemporary literature emphasizes that ecologically based planning significantly contributes to creating safe-to-fail urban environments, particularly in high-risk regions where conventional fail-safe approaches remain insufficient. Through an extensive literature review and conceptual analysis, national and international studies on agriculture–water–green infrastructure interactions are evaluated within the frameworks of ecological planning and sustainable post-disaster reconstruction. Urban agriculture provides multiple ecosystem services—including food security, carbon sequestration, microclimate regulation and community resilience—which position it as a strategic ecological asset in post-disaster contexts. Water systems such as stream corridors, floodplains and rainwater management structures play a critical role in regulating ecological flows, mitigating risks and supporting the formation of ecological networks that strengthen urban resilience. Green infrastructure elements, including ecological corridors, parks and permeable surfaces, further contribute to regulating ecosystem services and facilitating psychological and social recovery following disasters. The findings highlight that the integrated planning of agriculture, water and green infrastructure enhances ecological integrity, supports biodiversity, regulates surface water, reduces the urban heat island effect and strengthens communities’ adaptive capacity in post-disaster phases. This ecological approach also aligns with contemporary resilience literature, which underscores the importance of flexible, adaptive and nature-based systems in disaster-prone regions. Accordingly, the study proposes a comprehensive ecological landscape planning model that positions these three components as mutually reinforcing elements that support both environmental sustainability and social recovery in earthquake-affected cities.
