This report summarises the tunES project, where seven National Energy Agencies analyzed optimal implementation strategies for the revised EPBD, focusing on EPCs, BRPs, and SRIs. The LIFE project adapted the Impact Assessment (IA) methodology for national-level application. Seven national reports were produced to guide respective ministries in drafting national legislation.
