English

This paper proposes a carbon-accountable P2P trading framework for multi-microgrids that traces carbon responsibility through bilateral transactions rather than treating carbon as an external penalty. It combines a belief-aware Stackelberg game with an augmented-Lagrangian soft actor-critic method and an adaptive privacy-preserving distributed clearing scheme. Case studies show a 22.49% reward improvement, 8.70% direct emission reduction, and 10.98% fewer carbon-cap violations versus conventional electricity-only P2P trading.

📄 Abstract(原文)

Peer-to-peer (P2P) trading in multi-microgrid (MMG) systems can improve local energy utilization, but conventional electricity-only or fixed-carbon-price mechanisms fail to identify how carbon responsibility is transferred through bilateral transactions. To address this issue, this paper proposes a carbonaccountable P2P trading framework for MMGs under incomplete information. A transaction-induced carbon responsibility model is developed to trace carbon inflow, carbon outflow, and nodal carbon intensity, thereby embedding carbon accountability into market settlement rather than treating carbon cost as an external penalty. The interaction between the distribution network operator and heterogeneous MGs is formulated as a beliefaware Stackelberg game, where the leader learns electricity-carbon pricing policies through an augmented-Lagrangian soft actor-critic method. To protect private operational information, an adaptive privacy-preserving distributed clearing scheme is further designed for follower-side P2P coordination. Case studies on a four-MG system show that the proposed method improves the overall reward by 22.49%, reduces direct carbon emissions by 8.70%, and decreases carbon-cap violation by 10.98% compared with conventional electricity-only P2P trading, while reducing the privacy-induced optimality gap by $\mathbf{6 1. 4 6} {\%}$ compared with learning-assisted conventional carbon settlement.
