日本のGX文脈において

GX文脈では、環境持続可能性をSCPの一要素として扱う傾向が確認された点が日本企業にも示唆を与える。ただし、具体的な脱炭素指標や規制連動は乏しい。

In the global GX context

In global GX context, this review highlights that environmental sustainability is becoming a recognized dimension of supply chain performance but remains secondary to operational efficiency. This underscores the need for more integrated frameworks linking SCP to climate disclosure standards.

📄 Abstract(原文)

This systematic literature review (SLR) synthesises recent scholarly research on supply chain performance (SCP) in the manufacturing sector, focusing on studies published between 2015 and 2025. The review addresses three main objectives: (1) to descriptively analyze existing SCP literature by examining publication timelines, regional and industrial contexts, research aims, and methodologies; (2) to evaluate the frameworks and metrics applied in SCP assessment, identifying key performance indicators and influencing factors; and (3) to explore emerging trends in performance measurement practices. Methodologically grounded in the PRISMA protocol, the review screened over 4,000 records across major academic databases and selected 35 empirical studies for full analysis. The findings reveal that SCP research is heavily concentrated in the Asia/Pacific region, with limited contributions from Africa and South America. Operational efficiency and productivity remain the dominant focus of performance measurement, while environmental sustainability and digital integration are emerging yet inconsistently adopted dimensions. Despite the breadth of research in general manufacturing contexts, few studies address specialised sectors such as aerospace and healthcare, underscoring the need for industry-specific frameworks. Furthermore, collaboration metrics such as information sharing and partnership satisfaction are increasingly recognised as vital to enhancing SCP. This review contributes a structured synthesis of a fragmented field and offers insights for advancing both theoretical understanding and practical implementation of SCP in manufacturing.
