📄 Abstract（原文）
This archive contains replication data and code for a study of Chinese aluminium exports beyond the EU during the early definitive phase of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). It includes cleaned and merged trade inputs, fixed product emissions factors, product-use and destination mappings, relative metal-price measures, analytical scripts, documentation and reference results. The materials support three analyses: export quantities and embodied-emissions accounts for 49 covered aluminium products; conditional product–destination–month comparisons with copper products serving similar uses; and decompositions by product, destination, customs regime and continuing export relationship. The main accounts and estimates end in July 2026. An August 2026 extension is included for the focal-product continuation check only. Replication starts from cleaned analysis inputs rather than automatically reconstructing every original download. Embodied emissions are calculated using fixed product factors. Observed growth and conditional comparisons should not be interpreted as a causal estimate of the net CBAM effect. Data sources, software requirements and replication instructions are documented in the archive.
