📄 Abstract(原文)

The article addresses the issue of operating low- and zero-emission vehicles in public transport systems in the context of current legal, technological, and economic conditions. The transformation of bus fleets, driven by the European Union’s climate policy and national decarbonization strategies, is leading to the gradual replacement of conventional vehicles with electric, hydrogen, hybrid, and alternative-fuel buses. The study discusses key operational aspects related to the implementation of modern drivetrains, including challenges concerning charging and refueling infrastructure, availability of connection capacities, depot operations, timetable planning, and vehicle maintenance and servicing costs. Special attention is given to the analysis of the total cost of ownership (TCO), indicating that despite higher initial investment costs, zero-emission vehicles can provide long-term benefits through lower energy expenses, reduced pollutant emissions, and decreased urban noise levels.
