📄 Abstract(原文)

The article is devoted to the study of the role of green energy as a key factor in ensuring sustainable economic development in modern conditions of global environmental and socio-economic challenges. The relevance of the work is due to the need to transition to a low-carbon economy in the context of the depletion of traditional energy resources, climate change, and international decarbonization commitments. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the potential of green energy in forming a balanced development model combining economic growth, social stability and environmental safety. The paper systematizes the theoretical foundations of the concept of sustainable development and the green economy, traces their evolution and relationship with the energy transition. Special attention is paid to the analysis of renewable energy sources (RES) as a technological and economic alternative to fossil fuels that can reduce anthropogenic pressure on the environment and ensure long-term energy security. Based on the generalization of scientific approaches and data from international organizations, the authors reveal the benefits of renewable energy development. The article assesses the risks and limitations of the energy transition demonstrated during the recent energy crises, and substantiates the need for a phased, balanced approach integrating renewable and traditional energy sources. The practical significance of the research lies in the formation of recommendations for the development of an effective state policy in the field of green energy, especially in relation to the conditions of Russia, which has a significant but insufficiently realized potential of renewable energy sources. The work contributes to the development of a discussion on ways to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals through the prism of energy transformation.
