📄 Abstract（原文）
India has committed to net-zero emissions by 2070, to 500 GW of non-fossil electricity capacity by 2030, and to a 45% cut in the emissions intensity of GDP from 2005 levels. This paper reviews how those commitments fit together. It draws on 22 sources published between 2018 and 2026: 17 peer-reviewed journal articles and 5 official documents from the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, the Central Electricity Authority and the Press Information Bureau. Sources were found through Crossref, ScienceDirect, IOPscience, Taylor & Francis and Indian government portals. The review covers four themes: policy frameworks and targets, capacity expansion and grid integration, net-zero modelling roadmaps, and the social and financial conditions that decide whether the roadmaps are delivered
