📄 Abstract(原文)

This research explores the global dynamics and emerging trends in the development of the green economy, emphasizing technological innovations, financial mechanisms, and the socio-economic transformation they enable. The study highlights how climate change, limited natural resources, and industrialization have accelerated the shift toward sustainable economic systems. The global green economy, valued at over $7.9 trillion in 2025, is driven by renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable transport, and carbon reduction technologies such as CCS and CCUS. Key international policies—including the Paris Agreement, the EU Green Deal, and carbon market mechanisms—serve as catalysts for decarbonization and green investment. Special attention is given to the case of Uzbekistan, which has declared 2025 the “Year of Environmental Protection and Green Economy” and aims to achieve 40% renewable energy by 2030 through large-scale solar and wind projects. The study identifies renewable energy expansion, electric mobility, and climate finance as major drivers of employment, innovation, and environmental resilience. It concludes that integrating technological progress, green finance, and social inclusion is essential for ensuring sustainable economic growth. Uzbekistan, through proactive policy reforms and international cooperation, holds significant potential to become a regional leader in the Central Asian green transition.
