下水処理場や浄化センターなど国内の水環境施設の運用に伴う温室効果ガス排出量の実態を明らかにする研究。施設運用段階の排出構造を把握することで、自治体・事業者の脱炭素運用や排出削減策の基礎資料となることが期待される。

This study examines actual greenhouse gas emissions from the operation of water environment facilities such as sewage treatment plants in Japan. By clarifying the emission structure of the operational phase, it provides a basis for decarbonizing facility operations and designing reduction measures.
