To ensure ease of navigation, the glossary terms are grouped by the project's work packages (WPs) and categorized by thematic relevance, rather than listed alphabetically. Given the vast scope of carbon farming, this categorization was deemed more practical, with distinct categories such as practices, quantification, modelling, and certification, among others. By consolidating and standardizing terminology, the MARVIC glossary supports a shared understanding within the consortium and lays the groundwork for improved communication and knowledge dissemination in the broader carbon farming community. This v1.0 version contains the modelling theme, i.e. definitions related to the development and use of models, and is currently under restricted access.
