📄 Abstract(原文)
How has the Ukraine conflict affected the European Union’s energy security policy? By adopting an interpretive approach and a comparative assessment of the pre-conflict and post-conflict periods, the article aims to investigate the shifts in the EU’s energy security strategy after the eruption of the conflict and to assess the extent of its reliance on Russian natural gas. The study finds that the Ukraine conflict transformed EU energy security from a strategy centered on external energy dependence into one increasingly focused on diversification, resilience, renewable energy, and strategic autonomy, revealing the need for a broader restructuring of the Union’s energy system.
