📄 Abstract(原文)

This study provides a multidisciplinary examination of environmental systems and the global response to climate change. Beginning with an overview of Earthʹs interconnected spheres, it explores the scientific foundations of climate dynamics and the ethical imperatives for environmental stewardship. The paper investigates climate change vulnerability, highlighting the disproportionate risks faced by vulnerable communities and ecosystems. It then assesses global energy consumption patterns and the complex challenges of transitioning from fossil fuels to renewable sources, emphasizing the need for structural reforms in sustainable development. Key strategies such as decarbonization and the rise of the hydrogen economy are evaluated for their potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Solutions, including mitigation and adaptation measures, are examined alongside the growing role of green finance in accelerating climate action. Sustainable transportation and effective business communication are presented as essential components of systemic transformation. Finally, the paper reflects on COP29 and Azerbaijan’s leadership in advancing global sustainability goals, underlining the importance of international cooperation and innovative financing in addressing the climate crisis.
