In the global GX context
Provides a bibliometric overview of research on carbon emissions trading and corporate green investment, mainly from a Chinese perspective. While the findings on policy-driven investment mechanisms are globally relevant, the paper's focus on China's institutional context limits direct transferability.

📄 Abstract(原文)
This paper conducts a visual analysis of 536 relevant literatures retrieved from CNKI spanning 2020 to 2026 with the application of CiteSpace. The research conclusions are as follows: ① This research field has evolved through three phases including macro institutional construction, micro-level response and systematic integration, with its research focus shifting toward corporate practical application and presenting the trends of cross-market coordination and technological empowerment; ② A knowledge framework centered on carbon emission permit trading has taken shape, with carbon finance acting as a critical connecting link; ③ Relevant researches are featured by concentrated research institutions and loose academic cooperation; ④ The policy-driven mechanism of corporate green investment represents the research frontier, while green innovation, financing constraints and digital transformation serve as core research paths. This paper proposes suggestions on improving legal supervision systems, optimizing carbon market mechanisms and enhancing financial support to facilitate the low-carbon transformation of listed companies.
