📄 Abstract(原文)

The development of policies to include the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) in the energy sector has been on the increase due to the growing global interest in climate resiliency and sustainability. This chapter evaluates how international strategic structures and policies are using AI to hasten the process of smarter and cleaner energy structures. AI can support decision-makers to design more effective, flexible and fair energy systems, and such a process is facilitated by the ability to make policies based on the data, which are made possible by predictive analytics, real-time monitoring and adaptive control mechanisms. Global schemes in search of clean and renewable energy systems are based on global frameworks, including the European Green Deal, the Paris Climate Agreement and the United Nations sustainable development goals. One of the most significant contributions of AI to the energy sector is predictive forecasting.
