📄 Abstract(原文)

Climate change is a global concern that requires the attention of all individuals. In this context, this paper endeavors to review the literature to gain a comprehensive understanding of the research conducted in the field of climate change regarding the adoption of green technology and innovation. The study also addresses various innovative concerns, including those that would distinguish it from others and suggest its originality with the help of a methodological examination of literature. Furthermore, the study implements content analysis to identify central themes and investigate critical components of climate finance, including the adoption of technology and green innovation. Also, this study introduces a novel framework linking climate finance, green innovation, and technology adoption as integrated drivers of sustainable development goals. On the other hand, the study identifies key themes and highlights the most significant value‐adding findings that provide valuable insights for policymakers, stakeholders, and other relevant audiences. Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection (UMAP) and Hierarchical Density‐Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (HDBSCAN) reveal climate finance's evolution toward a policy‐driven, innovation‐focused core with emerging interdisciplinary transition themes. Given the global urgency of addressing climate change, the study underscores the importance of collaborative efforts in adopting green technologies and fostering innovation to mitigate environmental challenges. Additionally, the discipline in question is a significant research area due to the growing number of documents. Therefore, additional research regarding various aspects of climate finance is anticipated with factors influencing the allocation of climate finance in developing vs. developed Countries. This paper will assist future researchers in selecting the appropriate area of research within the relevant discipline.
