📄 Abstract(原文)
The article explores the prospects for the use of building materials based on industrial hemp in the context of ensuring sustainable development of the construction industry. The relevance of the transition to the use of ecological materials is substantiated, taking into account the growing impact of construction on the environment, in particular through greenhouse gas emissions, resource depletion and waste generation. Particular attention is paid to the problem of embodied carbon and the need to take into account environmental, economic and social criteria at all stages of the life cycle of building materials. The paper provides a comparative analysis of the technical characteristics of materials based on hemp firewood with traditional building materials, in particular extruded polystyrene, chipboard, plasterboard, MDF and plywood. The experimental part included compression tests for thermal insulation materials and bending tests for boards in accordance with current standards. It was found that hemp-based insulation materials demonstrate higher compressive strength compared to extruded polystyrene, and board materials have mechanical characteristics comparable to chipboard. The results of the study confirm the feasibility of using hemp raw materials for the production of thermal insulation and board materials in construction. It was found that in terms of technical and environmental indicators, they can compete with traditional materials and be considered as an effective tool for decarbonization of the construction industry. Prospects for further research are related to improving production technologies, increasing the homogeneity of composites and scaling up their industrial application.
