📄 Abstract（原文）

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the theoretical and conceptual aspects of the transition to a green economy, as well as its international and national legal frameworks. The current legislative base of the Republic of Uzbekistan in achieving decarbonization and sustainable development goals, particularly normative legal acts in the field of renewable energy sources and green financing, is examined. Furthermore, existing gaps in national legislation are identified, and specific scientifically grounded proposals for improving legal mechanisms are developed.
