In the global GX context
Green ammonia is central to global hard-to-abate decarbonization (shipping fuel, co-firing, fertilizer), and this work addresses the operational economics and uncertainty management that underpin credible transition plans and Scope 1 reduction claims under ISSB/CSRD reporting.

📄 Abstract(原文)
The wind-powered green hydrogen-to-ammonia system offers a promising pathway for utilizing marine renewable energy; however, its economic viability is constrained by the strongly nonlinear dynamics of ammonia synthesis and the inherent stochasticity of wind power generation. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a bilevel scheduling framework. In the upper layer, a reduced-order Trend- and Structure-constrained Physics-Informed Neural Network (TS-PINN) model is developed by embedding trend priors and mechanistic constraints, effectively capturing the nonlinear characteristics of the ammonia synthesis process with significantly reduced computational effort. An improved Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO) algorithm is then employed to co-optimize operational strategies and key reactor setpoints, including bed temperature and pressure. In the lower layer, a Wasserstein-distance-based distributionally robust optimization (DRO) model is established to coordinate hydrogen production and storage operations to hedge against wind power uncertainty. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves an effective balance among modeling accuracy, economic performance, and operational robustness, while accounting for coupled reaction–heat-transfer dynamics and renewable generation uncertainty.
