A review of China's non-CO2 greenhouse gas emissions (methane, N2O, F-gases) covering mitigation measures and their environmental and economic impacts. Co-authored across several Chinese universities, it surveys policy and technology options. Non-CO2 gases are often overlooked in Scope 1/3 accounting and target-setting, making this a useful baseline reference.
