The purpose of this deliverable is to develop and present a harmonized set of Carbon Farming Fact Sheets aimed at translating scientific and technical knowledge into practical and accessible guidance for end users. The document addresses the need for clear, context-specific information on carbon farming practices capable of contributing to climate change mitigation, carbon sequestration, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction, and improved soil health. Within the broader framework of the CREDIBLE project, this work supports the development of credible, transparent, and scientifically validated approaches to carbon farming in Europe by facilitating knowledge transfer between research, policy, and practice.
