本稿は韓国排出量取引制度（K-ETS）の2015年から2024年までの運用実績をレビューしたものである。世界でも本格稼働した主要なキャップ・アンド・トレード制度の一つであるK-ETSの制度設計・価格動向・削減実績を整理し、炭素市場の有効性を検証する。日本を含む各国の炭素価格制度設計にとって比較可能な実証的知見を提供する。

This review examines the operational results of Korea's Emissions Trading Scheme (K-ETS) from 2015 to 2024. It synthesizes the design, price dynamics, and abatement outcomes of one of the world's major operating cap-and-trade systems. It offers comparative empirical lessons for carbon-pricing design in other jurisdictions, including Japan.
