This repository contains the dataset and documentation code used in the study entitled “Do layered agricultural policies promote county-level low-carbon agricultural transformation? Evidence from agricultural carbon emission efficiency in the Luxi Plain, China”. The data include county-level panel data for 21 counties in the Luxi Plain, Shandong Province, China, covering the period 2013–2022. The repository also provides variable descriptions, policy treatment definitions, and code used for the super-efficiency SBM model, DID estimation, SCM analysis, and robustness checks.
