This study builds a cost-minimization optimization framework for a rotating packed bed (RPB) CO2 capture system applied to cement and natural gas flue gases. It compares amine solvents and operating conditions to quantify the drivers of capture cost. The work supports economic assessment of compact, high-efficiency RPB-based CCUS deployment.
