本稿は千葉県銚子産メロンを題材に、ライフサイクル思考を取り入れた環境教育プログラムの効果を検証する。地域の農産物を通じて、生産から廃棄までの環境負荷を学ぶ取り組みを評価している。

This paper examines the effect of an environmental education program incorporating life cycle thinking, using melons from Choshi, Chiba Prefecture as a case study. It evaluates the program's effectiveness in teaching environmental impacts from production to disposal through local agricultural products.
