📄 Abstract（原文）
Clean energy adoption is central to decarbonisation in the Global South, yet evidence remains fragmented and largely focused on focal firms. This chapter synthesises research on the determinants, constraints, and governance mechanisms influencing clean energy adoption across multi-tier supply networks. A systematic literature review was conducted using peer-reviewed articles, policy documents, and industry reports, which were screened and thematically analysed. The findings show that adoption is shaped by interacting regulatory, financial, technological, market, organisational, and institutional factors operating across supply chain tiers. The chapter integrates the natural resource-based view and stakeholder theory within a supply chain governance perspective, conceptualising clean energy adoption as a network-level dynamic capability. It proposes a multi-tier framework explaining energy transition trajectories and informing future research, policy, and practice.
