English

This package provides data and Python code for a comparative carbon footprint assessment of a 72.5 kWh NCM622 automotive battery under three frameworks: EU delegated act draft, GBA Battery Passport, and QC/T 1247—2025. It includes harmonized life-cycle inventory, electricity emission factor scenarios, and uncertainty analysis via paired Latin hypercube sampling. Native-rule results are research reconstructions, not official compliance calculations.

📄 Abstract(原文)

This record contains the data and Python code supporting a comparative assessment of the carbon footprint of a 72.5 kWh, 630 kg NCM622 automotive traction battery under three battery carbon-footprint accounting frameworks: the EU 2024 delegated-act draft methodology, the Global Battery Alliance (GBA) Battery Passport Greenhouse Gas Rulebook v2.1, and QC/T 1247—2025. The deposited package includes the harmonized life-cycle inventory, material and manufacturing data, electricity emission factors and scenarios, end-of-life inventory, rule definitions, native-rule reconstruction inputs, uncertainty parameters, calculated results, figure-source data, metadata, and Python scripts used to reproduce the main analyses and figures. The analysis supports: (1) a harmonized comparison of circularity allocation rules under a common life-cycle inventory and system boundary; (2) reconstruction of results under the native requirements of the EU, GBA, and QC/T frameworks; (3) electricity-emission-factor scenario analysis; (4) sequential rule reconciliation; and (5) uncertainty and robustness analysis using paired Latin hypercube sampling. Underlying data were obtained from peer-reviewed literature, official regulatory and methodological documents, governmental electricity-emission-factor datasets, and openly available methodological sources. Author-introduced assumptions, proxy data, and calibration parameters are explicitly identified in the accompanying metadata. The native-rule results provided in this record are research reconstructions intended for methodological comparison. They should not be interpreted as official compliance calculations, certified product carbon-footprint declarations, or legal interpretations of the EU, GBA, or QC/T rules.
