📝 gxceed 編集解説 — Why this matters
In the global GX context
Amid ISSB/CSRD/SEC climate rule convergence debates, this paper's call for harmonised disclosure frameworks and cross-sector coordination speaks directly to global disclosure scholarship. Its developed-vs-emerging distinction is useful for framing transition finance gaps in global markets.

📄 Abstract(原文)
This study examines the evolving role of sustainable finance in aligning financial systems with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives. Adopting a comparative and integrated perspective, the analysis combines insights from ESG frameworks, regulatory developments, and financial innovation to evaluate how sustainability considerations are incorporated into capital allocation processes. The study argues that sustainable finance represents a systemic transformation extending beyond traditional risk–return frameworks toward long-term value creation, resilience, and financial stability. The findings indicate that developed economies benefit from advanced regulatory structures and institutional capacity, while emerging and low-income countries face structural constraints that limit the effectiveness of ESG integration. These differences highlight the need for context-specific and adaptive policy approaches. The study also identifies key challenges, including data limitations, methodological inconsistencies, and fragmented reporting standards, which reduce comparability and reliability of ESG assessments. From a policy perspective, the results emphasise the importance of harmonised disclosure frameworks, integrated policy design, and stronger cross-sector coordination, particularly across energy, water, and food systems. In addition, innovative financial instruments-such as green bonds and sustainability-linked loans—alongside digital finance solutions are highlighted as key mechanisms for enhancing capital mobilisation and improving transparency in sustainable finance markets. Overall, the study contributes to the literature by developing an integrated conceptual framework linking financial markets, policy mechanisms, and sustainability objectives, offering practical insights for policymakers, investors, and researchers.
