📄 Abstract(原文)
The article considers the development of professional competence of future energy specialists as an urgent scientific and pedagogical problem in the conditions of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine and the transition to a carbon-neutral economy. An analysis of modern labor market requirements and strategic documents is conducted, which indicates the need to form an integrative competency model that combines technical (hard) and soft (soft) skills. Based on a critical analysis of scientific research, the leading importance of four clusters of competencies is substantiated: technological, innovative, environmental and managerial-economic. Special attention is paid to such key competencies as calculating the carbon footprint, ensuring energy sustainability, implementing the principles of just transition and developing soft skills (communication, leadership, team interaction, adaptability). The main directions of integration of these competencies into the educational process are identified: interactive collaborative learning, project-oriented approach, use of digital twins and artificial intelligence, hybrid learning formats, interdisciplinary collaboration and partnership with business and industry. The current state of scientific research on the problem is considered and the need for a transition from fragmented measures to a comprehensive integrative model of professional competence of future energy professionals is substantiated.
