This paper proposes a unified clearing model for electricity, hydrogen, and carbon markets in the context of green hydrogen production from electricity. Through scenario analysis, it evaluates the economic viability, carbon reduction potential, and system synergies. The findings support the design of low-carbon energy systems by optimizing resource allocation across these interconnected markets.
