📄 Abstract(原文)
India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have evolved their long-standing bilateral relationship into a strategic climate partnership. Both countries are committed to combating climate change through cooperation in renewable energy, green hydrogen, and climate finance, aligned with their nationally determined contributions under the Paris Agreement. India's Green Hydrogen Mission and the UAE's Net Zero 2050 strategy form the foundation for collaborative energy transition goals. Joint initiatives, MOUs, and investment agreements have expanded clean energy development, grid connectivity, and support for developing nations. This study assesses the effectiveness of these bilateral efforts, their influence on global climate negotiations, and the shared vision for a sustainable, low-carbon future.
