In this document, we will provide a brief overview of how the program “RedPSA”, a power system analysis program for renewable-energy-dominated systems, carries out resource dispatch and steady-state power flow analysis. The program has been validated and applied in a case study of a stress test of the Taiwanese power system by 2035, whose data gathering and processing procedure we will also briefly explain.
