📄 Abstract(原文)
The 2026 2nd International Conference on Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (REEC 2026) was successfully held from March 13th to 15th, 2026, in Xinyu, Jiangxi Province, China. Against the backdrop of profound global energy transitions and increasingly urgent climate challenges, the advancement of renewable energy technologies and energy conservation has become a shared mission for the international community. China, as both the world’s largest energy consumer and a major contributor to renewable energy development, continues to accelerate its green and low-carbon transformation, driving innovation and technological application to support the national goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. REEC 2026 provided a timely and influential platform for global experts, scholars, industry practitioners, and policymakers to gather, exchange insights, and explore pathways toward sustainable energy futures. A major highlight of REEC 2026 was its distinguished series of Keynote Speeches delivered by leading experts in the field. Prof. Loi Lei Lai (Guangdong University of Technology) opened the keynote session with “Recent Research and Development in Smart Energy with a Focus on Sustainability and Renewables,” presenting cutting-edge progress in AI-enabled photovoltaic disaggregation, microgrid stabilization, hybrid renewable systems, and large-scale energy storage optimization. Prof. Wei Xu (Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences) followed with “Most Advances in Design and Control for Linear Induction Machines and Drives,” offering deep insights into LIM–RIM differences, end-effect modeling, and multi-objective optimization for high-density motor systems. Prof. Huihui Song (Harbin Institute of Technology, Weihai) delivered “Grid-Forming Virtual Oscillator Control and Its Derived Rhythm Synchronization,” addressing the emerging challenges of converter-dominated power systems and proposing new synchronization mechanisms for future power grids. Prof. Yiming Zhang (Fuzhou University) presented “Wireless Power Transfer and Its Application on Electric Vehicle Wireless Charging,” discussing WPT fundamentals, application scenarios, and key technologies for EV wireless charging. Finally, Prof. Farhad Shahnia (Murdoch University) shared “Recent and Future Research on Microgrid Clusters,” highlighting global progress in remote-area microgrids and the technical challenges of interconnecting neighboring microgrids to enhance resilience under renewable intermittency. The success of REEC 2026 is the result of the collective dedication of numerous individuals and organizations. We extend our sincere appreciation to all participants whose enthusiasm and intellectual engagement fostered a vibrant atmosphere of academic exchange. Our heartfelt thanks go to the keynote speakers for their visionary contributions, which set a high academic standard for the conference. We also express our gratitude to the authors whose rigorous research forms the core of these proceedings, and to the Technical Program Committee members and reviewers for their meticulous evaluation and constructive feedback, ensuring the scientific quality of the accepted papers. The Organizing Committee, supporting institutions, and volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth execution of the conference, from venue preparation to on-site coordination, contributing significantly to the event’s success. As we present these proceedings, we reflect on the meaningful advancements showcased at REEC 2026—from renewable energy integration and microgrid control to broader progress in renewable energy and energy conservation technologies. We believe that the research collected here will serve as a valuable resource for the global academic and industrial communities, inspiring continued innovation and collaboration. REEC 2026 was not merely a conference; it was a testament to the power of international cooperation in addressing global energy challenges and advancing the shared vision of a green, low-carbon, and sustainable future. We look forward to the ongoing progress in renewable energy and energy conservation, and we hope that these proceedings will contribute to the joint pursuit of scientific advancement and societal benefit.
