📄 Abstract(原文)
This study examines the global transition to a green economy and analyzes the participation of Uzbekistan in this process. The research is based on a comprehensive methodological approach, including comparative analysis, system analysis, statistical evaluation, and case study methods. The study explores global trends in sustainable development, focusing on low-carbon growth, efficient resource use, and environmental protection, while assessing how these trends are reflected in Uzbekistan’s national development policies. The findings indicate that Uzbekistan has made significant progress in establishing a policy and institutional framework for green transformation, particularly in areas such as renewable energy development, energy efficiency, and sustainable resource management. At the same time, the study identifies key challenges, including limited financial resources, technological constraints, and the need for improved institutional coordination and human capital development.
