📄 Abstract(原文)
Abstract India has moved from fragmented sustainable finance initiatives to a more structured green finance architecture anchored in securities regulation, central banking guidance, sovereign borrowing, and transition-oriented industrial policy. The policy landscape now includes SEBI's green debt and sustainability disclosure mechanisms, the Reserve Bank of India's green deposits framework and climate-risk initiatives, sovereign green bonds, and a growing emphasis on mobilising private capital for renewable energy, resilient infrastructure, and low-carbon development. Yet implementation remains uneven because regulatory coordination is incomplete, taxonomy standards are still evolving, project pipelines are not uniformly bankable, data and disclosure quality vary significantly, and concerns over greenwashing continue to weaken investor confidence. This paper synthesises recent evidence on India's green finance regime, evaluates its implementation bottlenecks, and proposes a policy roadmap for scaling credible, inclusive, and investment-ready green finance in support of long-term development and net-zero goals.
