📄 Abstract(原文)
Rapid integration of renewable energy in islanded DC microgrids introduces variability that challenges stable and efficient green hydrogen production. This paper presents a comparative forecasting-driven energy management framework for coordinated battery storage and electrolyzer operation. Random Forest is used as a static baseline, while LSTM, GRU, and Transformer Encoder models are evaluated as sequence-based forecasting approaches. The models use multi-input operational features, including solar power, storage power, state of charge, DC-bus voltage, electrolyzer current, energy variables, and lagged hydrogen production, to capture nonlinear and temporal system dynamics. The predicted hydrogen output is analyzed to support proactive EMS decision-making, renewable utilization, and hydrogen production consistency. Simulation results show that the Transformer Encoder achieves the best forecasting performance, with MAE of 0.1306, RMSE of 0.1532, and of 0.9996. Compared with the Random Forest baseline, the Transformer Encoder reduces MAE and RMSE by 99.29% and 99.22%, respectively, indicating strong support for reducing dispatch mismatch and improving hydrogen-yield consistency.
