This dataset supports the article “Digital Export Expansion and Supply-Chain Decarbonization in China: Interprovincial Embodied Carbon Transfers and Structural Drivers.” It contains province- and sector-level estimates of domestic production-based Scope 1 CO₂ embodied in China’s international exports of digital-economy core industries for 2012–2016, 2019, and 2020. The dataset includes source-province-by-exporting-province carbon flows, provincial transfer balances, annual and sectoral summaries, a four-factor Dietzenbacher–Los structural decomposition, sector concordances, digital-sector splitting coefficients, validation reports, and Python analysis code. Data for 2017 and 2018 are excluded because sufficiently detailed industrial statistics are unavailable for constructing reliable splitting coefficients. Raw CEADs and EMIIOT source files are not included and should be obtained from their original providers subject to the applicable access conditions.
