This document provides a technical specification of a Large Language Model-Assisted Agent-Based Model (LLM-ABM) developed within the ENBLOC research project (Enabling Energy Transition in Post-Socialist Housing Cooperatives). The specification describes the theoretical foundations, agent characteristics, model architecture, input data, parameterisation, and simulation procedures. The model focuses on attitude formation and deliberation rather than final voting outcomes or investment implementation. This document represents version 1.1 of the model specification. Additional technical annexes and simulation results will be included in a subsequent updated version.
