📄 Abstract（原文）

This chapter examines Sweden’s trajectory toward a low-carbon welfare state. We integrate three analytical perspectives: techno-economic modeling of Sweden’s electricity futures without new nuclear; socio-economic and demographic transformations in Sweden’s north; and justice-oriented critiques of Sweden’s climate and energy planning. We argue that Sweden’s transition is less constrained by technology than by governance, sequencing, and legitimacy, and we outline policy principles to align decarbonization with regional cohesion and energy justice.
