本研究は、ベトナムの公共部門組織（主に教育・訓練機関）におけるデジタル環境管理会計システムの導入が、持続可能なエネルギー移行と炭素中立性に与える影響を実証的に分析する。データはアンケート調査に基づき、構造方程式モデリングなどの手法を用いて関係性を検証する。結果は、デジタル環境管理会計がエネルギー移行と炭素中立性を促進することを示すと期待される。

This study empirically examines the impact of digital environmental management accounting systems on sustainable energy transition and carbon neutrality in Vietnamese public-sector organizations, predominantly education and training institutions. Using survey data and structural equation modeling, it aims to show that digital environmental management accounting facilitates energy transition and carbon neutrality. Findings are expected to provide insights for public-sector sustainability practices.

Globally, this study contributes to the literature on environmental management accounting and carbon neutrality in the public sector, an area less explored than private sector. It provides evidence from Vietnam, an emerging economy, and highlights the role of digitalization in achieving sustainability goals, relevant to public sector reforms in developing countries.
