📄 Abstract(原文)

This study examines the crucial role of financial literacy in enhancing the organizational sustainability of green and renewable energy enterprises in Mexico. As the country accelerates its transition towards cleaner energy sources, financial management skills and awareness among stakeholders become vital for securing investments, managing risks, and ensuring long-term viability. The research investigates the link between financial literacy levels and sustainable business practices in small and medium-sized renewable energy firms. A mixed-methods approach is employed, combining survey data from industry professionals with case studies of successful Mexican renewable energy projects. Findings reveal that higher financial literacy contributes significantly to better strategic planning, efficient resource allocation, and stronger stakeholder engagement, which collectively bolster organizational sustainability. The study highlights the need for targeted financial education programs and supportive policy frameworks to empower entrepreneurs and managers in this sector.
