📄 Abstract（原文）

This repository contains the harmonised analytical data, ETS exposure mappings, frozen estimation outputs, reproducibility code, figure files, source-provenance records and verification materials accompanying the manuscript “Regional Labour-Market Adjustment under a Weakly Binding Emissions Trading Scheme: Evidence from Kazakhstan.” The package implements the final 2013-centred empirical design. The primary employment exposure maps 132,727,920 tCO₂ of 2013 allowances (90.17% of the official allocation) to historical region–sector cells. The regional migration exposure uses a broader location-based mapping covering 143,446,084 tCO₂ (97.46%). The repository includes harmonised 2010–2025 employment and migration data, operator mapping and coverage audits, the policy-stringency timeline, event-study and regime estimates, robustness and precision outputs, and code reproducing the three main figures. Original third-party Bureau of National Statistics workbooks are not redistributed. The package contains derived and harmonised analytical data together with source and provenance documentation sufficient to audit the reported empirical analysis. Core coefficients, CR1 standard errors and null-imposed wild-cluster p-values are frozen at empirical checkpoint v0.6; reporting audit v0.7 standardises conventional employment confidence intervals to t(15) without changing the underlying estimates.
