📄 Abstract(原文)

Within the framework of the SteelCityZen project, local stakeholder surveys were conducted in eight partner cities—Dunaújváros, Galați, Ostrava, Nikšić, Kakanj, Stara Zagora, Stara Pazova, and Ravne na Koroškem—with the objective of gaining a nuanced and evidencebased understanding of labour market dynamics in industrial and post-industrial cities undergoing structural transformation. The surveys aimed to capture stakeholder perceptions related not only to employment trends and skills needs, but also to broader transition processes, including digitalisation, decarbonisation, social vulnerability, and the capacity for cross-sectoral and multi-level cooperation. The stakeholder survey methodology was developed to ensure a harmonised yet flexible approach to data collection across diverse territorial contexts. All partner cities implemented the survey in line with the Joint Methodology for Stakeholder Analysis and Surveys (Deliverable D.1.1.1), which defined the core thematic dimensions, target stakeholder groups, and minimum analytical requirements. This common framework ensured comparability across cities, while allowing partners to adapt the implementation to local socio-economic conditions and institutional realities.
