📄 Abstract（原文）
With the increasingly severe situation of global climate problems, low-carbon development has become an inevitable trend. How to integrate the "double carbon" goal into the comprehensive urban design has become a key issue for planners in the new era. Combined with the compilation of the comprehensive urban design of the main urban area of Zibo City, this paper constructs the comprehensive urban design framework and strategies from four aspects: the symbiotic low-carbon spatial pattern of "mountain-water-city", the low-carbon urban form of multi center cluster, the low-carbon travel system guided by public transportation and slow travel, and the green space network with high carbon sink. The research can provide methods and path references for the compilation of comprehensive urban design in the period of low-carbon development.
