This paper develops a distributive system planning model for the Canadian energy-water-carbon nexus to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. The model integrates energy supply-demand, water use, and carbon emissions across regions, enabling optimization of infrastructure investments and policy interventions. It provides a framework for assessing feasible pathways to net-zero considering regional heterogeneity in resources and climate.
