📄 Abstract（原文）

Against the background of global green transition and China’s “dual carbon” goals, green supply chain finance and corporate ESG governance have become two core paths to advance sustainable development. Most existing studies, however, concentrate on merely one of these domains, and few have explored their interactive and supportive relationships. This paper mainly analyzes the coordination and mutual promotion between green supply chain finance and ESG governance. Based on literature review and theoretical analysis, it first clarifies core definitions, then investigates the current conditions and existing problems in both fields. It also proposes a collaborative framework covering capital supply, risk management, reputation transmission, technology research, and comprehensive evaluation systems. This paper verifies that the integration of green supply chain finance and ESG governance can generate a virtuous circle, which helps improve financial efficiency and promote sustainable development simultaneously. Finally, this paper puts forward practical suggestions from enterprise, industry, and policy dimensions. The conclusions can offer references for the integration of green finance and corporate sustainable operations.
