📄 Abstract(原文)
In the context of the development of sharing economy, based on the thinking of product and service system design, we study the design strategy and specific implementation plan of nonmotorized mobility in universities, in order to solve the problems of the daily management of nonmotorized mobility in universities, the large incremental volume of nonmotorized vehicles and the imperfect recycling system. The study of users is used to find the entry point for the design of the service system; the “inside-out” analysis method is used to refine the stakeholders; user interviews and questionnaires are used to conduct a qualitative study of user needs; and the field observation method is used to investigate the traffic environment of colleges and universities. A set of system design strategies integrating on-campus nonmotorized travel management and vehicle recycling is proposed to promote the construction of intelligent traffic on campus, enhance the level of comprehensive governance, and then promote the construction of low-carbon campuses and the green transformation of China’s economy and society.
