📄 Abstract（原文）

This qualitative dataset contains anonymised transcripts and notes from 61 interviews and meetings conducted in Poland and Czechia between 2023 and 2025 as part of the ENBLOC project (2021/43/I/HS4/03185). The interviews explored how housing cooperatives respond to the energy transition and rising energy prices, including their strategies, institutional relationships, internal power relations, and future roles in the transition. The dataset includes interviews with housing cooperative representatives and key policy and institutional stakeholders. Full qualitative materials are deposited under restricted access due to ethical considerations and the risk of deductive identification. Access may be considered upon reasonable request, subject to assessment of the proposed use and applicable ethical and data protection requirements.
